What Is Myasthenia Gravis?
Myasthenia Gravis (MG) is an autoimmune disorder, which occurs when the immune system malfunctions and attacks the body's own tissues and organs.
MG is caused by a combination of ongoing anxiety coupled with depression producing feelings of entrapment/restriction. It occurs when communication between nerve cells and muscles becomes impaired.

Who gets Myasthenia Gravis?

Symptoms
Muscle weakness caused by Myasthenia Gravis worsens as the affected muscle is used. Symptoms usually improve with rest, muscle weakness can come and go.
